		<description><![CDATA[Very interesting indeed - I really like the idea of being able to &#039;route&#039; reports to focal points (or relevant organizations). Some of the other platforms have automated options (e.g. send me all health reports in a geographic region), but I suspect that responding organizations might like it if things were filtered a bit more.....let the machines do what they do best (collect, store, remember, etc) and let humans do what they do best (i.e. judgement / sensemaking). ]]></description>
