Mobile, internet and social media use in 232 countries

I’m looking forward to We are Social’s global digital statistics every year. If you want to know how many people are using social media in Asia, how many mobile phone subscriptions exist in Guinea or how these numbers changed compared to the previous year, then this is one of the best sources you can find. I find their dataset incredibly useful when looking at what communications tools might be appropriate in different countries.

This year, We are Social split their data into two presentations: one that focuses on global and regional snapshots and 30 selected countries, and one that contains key data from 232 countries and territories. I have embedded both below. There is also a short executive summary.
